Are you a Diploma-qualified Paraplanner ready to take the next step in your career? We’re partnering with one of the UK’s most respected integrated Wealth Management firms to find a talented individual to join their Glasgow-based team.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading financial planning organisation as a Paraplanner, working closely with experienced Financial Planners—including a Senior Partner—on varied, complex and rewarding client cases. You’ll play a key role in crafting tailored financial advice, conducting in-depth technical research, and preparing comprehensive suitability reports across a broad range of financial planning areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with Financial Planners to deliver high-quality, compliant advice
Prepare clear and accurate suitability reports and perform technical research across a wide array of financial products and planning strategies
Support in client meetings, including delivering cashflow modelling and technical responses
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all regulatory standards are met
Manage your workload effectively and proactively support business targets
Contribute to local and national financial planning projects

About You:

Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) is essential
Solid paraplanning experience within wealth management or financial planning
Strong technical knowledge and experience delivering written advice
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive approach to professional development—ideally working towards Chartered status
