Your Impact:
As a Paraplanner, you’ll be a key player in the advice process, supporting Financial Planners with technically robust and client-focused solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth analysis of client objectives and identifying strategic planning opportunities
- Researching and recommending bespoke financial strategies across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
- Producing high-quality, compliant suitability reports
- Ensuring advice adheres to regulatory and internal governance standards
- Maintaining accurate client records and KYC data
- Providing mentoring and quality assurance support to junior paraplanners
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven paraplanning experience within an IFA or wealth management environment
- Strong technical knowledge and confidence handling complex cases
- Proficiency with systems such as Intelligent Office, Curo, CashCalc, FE Analytics, and Dynamic Planner
- CII Diploma in Financial Planning (Chartered status or working towards it is a plus)
- A proactive mindset and passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes
