Forklift Driver

We are looking to hire a Forklift Driver on our Cumbernauld Site to undertake in the role of Picking, dispatching goods, Palletising finished goods as well as some other tasks in a busy clean environment.

We are looking for candidates who have a flexible approach and can undertake a variety of production duties, full training will be given as well as any ongoing training that may be required at any given time.

Successful candidate would be looking to partake in and have:

• Order picking and dispatching finished goods.
• Unloading any materials safely that are delivered on site.
• Product Quality is maintained through inspection and quality checks on product to ensure customer specification is met.
• Ensure a high standard of housekeeping and Health & Safety is maintained at all times
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Help maintain good hygiene and cleanliness on equipment and around all areas on site.
• Willing to work with others and show ability to work as a team when required.
• Undertake other tasks on site away from production.
• Good timekeeping and willing to work rotational shift pattern of Day/Backshift and possibly nightshift if required. Plus have flexibility in being able to work overtime if required.

Shift Pattern/Schedule, Pay Rate/Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8 hour shifts.

Day Shift 6am 2pm. Backshift 2pm 10pm rotational week by week.

Weekly payroll at £12.58p/h plus monthly attendance bonus if attained.

Job Type:Full-time

Pay:£26,166 £27,366 per year
