Our third-party client is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join an established team handling Subject Access Requests (SARs) and Freedom of Information Requests (FOIs). This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an important function that upholds individuals' rights to access their personal data while ensuring full compliance with data protection legislation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Process SARs and FOIs efficiently, meeting all legal deadlines.
  • Liaise with internal departments to collate necessary data and documentation.
  • Draft accurate responses, ensuring redactions and explanations are clearly presented.
  • Work closely with legal advisors on complex legal or health-related queries.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Previous experience in administration or data protection roles.
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • High level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Confidence using multiple secure systems simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a regulatory environment.
Working Hours:
  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (typically 9am–5pm or 8am–4pm).
  • Full training provided during the first 2–4 weeks.
