Be-Resourcing is excited to present an excellent opportunity for an experienced Change Manager within the Legal Operations team for our client, a leading international legal firm dedicated to innovation and future-facing strategies. Based in London, this 12 month fixed-term position requires a professional who can effectively manage the change process for transformation projects, employing structured change methodologies and compelling communication strategies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency by collaborating with both legal teams and core business services to streamline processes and deliver sustainable outcomes.

  • Extensive experience in applying structured change methodologies within professional services or legal environments.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, adept at crafting clear, persuasive narratives for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proficiency in assessing the impact of changes and utilizing data-driven strategies for decision-making.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and buy-in.
  • Experience designing and facilitating workshops and enablement activities to support project objectives.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with partnership cultures and complex organizational structures.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with data manipulation and process mapping tools.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, with an understanding of financial data application within strategic decision-making.
