Job title
Head of Indirect Sales


What will this person be doing?
Lead the Area North Sales Team, delivering revenue and margin in line with yearly targets
Develop growth opportunities to increase Siemens' product market share with new and existing partners
Drive business development activities to enhance market awareness among Northern-based consultants and project influencers
Conduct regular coaching and performance meetings with Sales Representatives
Develop and implement territory sales strategies, including account planning and partner development
Monitor monthly sales performance and report on progress
Develop and maintain key customer relationships, representing Siemens Smart Infrastructure - Building Products at events and trade shows
Ensure effective use of IT systems, CRM, and reporting tools
Coach, mentor, and develop sales skills and culture within the team
Ensure compliance with company governance and standards


Essential Skills
Proven area sales management experience leading teams within the building technologies or related sectors
Strong knowledge of Fire, Security, BMS, and Digital product markets
Experience creating and implementing successful sales plans and strategies
Proven ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships
Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to teamwork and high morale
Familiarity with compliance processes and CRM tools


Salary

70,000 - 80,000 (plus performance-based bonus)


Location
Northern England, Midlands, or Scotland (with travel across the region required)


Working hours
Full-time, hybrid working available
