- Handle inbound hire enquiries via phone and email
- Process hire orders and maintain accurate system records
- Liaise with the yard, drivers, and workshop teams to ensure efficient dispatch and returns
- Manage hire schedules and availability
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly
- Previous experience in a hire desk or plant/tool hire environment
- Strong IT and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Knowledge of hire management systems is an advantage
- Competitive salary: £28,000 – £30,000
