- Coordinate job adverts, screen CVs, and manage interview scheduling
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Liaising with recruitment agencies
- Deliver seamless onboarding experiences for new hires
- Organise exit interviews and manage offboarding documentation
- Keep employee records up-to-date and compliant
- Be the go-to for employee HR queries and support
- Assist in handling employee concerns and escalating when needed
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives
- Manage HR databases and prepare reports and documentation
- Coordinate training and development opportunities
- Ensure HR practices meet employment law and internal policies
- Work closely with the company’s external HR partner on policy updates
- Previous track record gained in a HR environment, ideally within manufacturing or industrial but this is not essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
- Self-starter who can manage their own workload and work effectively solo
- Salary: Up to £33,000 plus a performance-based bonus (paid twice yearly)
- Hours: 35-hour working week
- Mon–Thurs: 8:30–16:45, Fri: 8:30–12:30
- Holidays: 35 days annual leave
