We're currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join our Public Sector client on a minimum 6-month contract. You'll work from home four days a week, with one day in the Glasgow office. You will receive an hourly rate of £15.07ph - £15.50 per hour, depending on experience. The role offers flexible working hours covering a 37-hour week over Monday to Friday, but core operating hours are 8am - 6pm.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide support to the HR Business partners with their ad hoc day to day tasks and duties
  • Support the HR team and line managers to ensure the smooth running of processes relevant to the development and management of staff within their relevant profession
  • Co-ordinating and supporting the performance management process, supporting key internal stakeholders in operating a fair and transparent performance management process
  • Support HR colleagues and other professions offices in their role and undertake tasks commensurate with their ability to facilitate the people agenda
  • Demonstrates effective diversity and inclusive team behaviour
  • Attend professional events and meetings and supporting L&OD initiatives
  • Maintenance and security of all Professions related data i.e. employee skills matrix and performance management information

  • Experience within a HR environment/role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own time whilst working on multiple tasks within deadlines and SLA's
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven IT literacy skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build good working relationships with managers and employees at all levels
  • Able to maintain the strictest confidentiality
