IFA Administrator

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Providing full support for obtaining your Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, including covering the cost of study materials and exams.

What will you be doing?

  • Running client reviews through Intelligent Office (IO).
  • Handling new business submissions and managing existing business administration.
  • Spotting gaps in information and ensuring all client data is accurate and complete.
  • Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service.
  • Performing general office duties such as photocopying, printing, binding, and posting reports.
  • Scanning mail and managing correspondence.
  • Occasionally making coffee and assisting with other hospitality tasks for clients.
