IFA Administrator
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Providing full support for obtaining your Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, including covering the cost of study materials and exams.
What will you be doing?
- Running client reviews through Intelligent Office (IO).
- Handling new business submissions and managing existing business administration.
- Spotting gaps in information and ensuring all client data is accurate and complete.
- Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service.
- Performing general office duties such as photocopying, printing, binding, and posting reports.
- Scanning mail and managing correspondence.
- Occasionally making coffee and assisting with other hospitality tasks for clients.
