My client is a highly successful engineering company that prides its self on its highly innovative product range with cutting edge design capabilities. As a result of new orders they are looking for an experienced machinist to join their team.
Candidates will be operating a variety of machines,interpretation of mechanical drawings to ensure that the machining requirements are met. Because of the nature of the work you will be working with small batch work. Candidates will have attained a recognised apprenticeship and havingknowledge and experience of conventional horizontal boring techniques is advantageous.
In return the client is offering an excellent base salary, the role is day shift though there is an opportunity for overtime. Because of the nature of the business they have a track record of paying out a year end bonus to employees of 5/6000 per annum.
