Key responsibilities of the Mortgage Case Manager:
Manage complex mortgage cases from initial enquiry through to completion
Liaise with lenders, clients, and solicitors to ensure a smooth application process
Support high-net-worth and professional clients with bespoke mortgage solutions
Maintain detailed, accurate records and documentation
Provide outstanding service and act as a key point of contact throughout the process
Key skills or background required for the Mortgage Case Manager:
Previous experience in a mortgage administration or case management role
Strong knowledge of the mortgage process, ideally with experience in high-value/complex cases
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confident working independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
