Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and manage enterprise IT releases while mitigating risks.
Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Gitlab), and infrastructure management.
ITIL & Change Management - Skilled in controlled deployments, incident resolution, and aligning with ITIL best practices.
Problem-Solving & Stakeholder Management - Capable of navigating challenges, collaborating across teams, and managing high-pressure situations.
