About the Employer:

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist surgeons during procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
  • Maintain a sterile environment and monitor patient vitals.
  • Provide comprehensive pre and post-operative care.
  • Prepare the operating theatre, sterilise instruments, and ensure all surgical equipment is functional.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with active NMC pin or HCPC registration.
  • Experience in theatre nursing and surgical assistance.
  • Knowledge of sterilisation techniques and infection control.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage high-stress environments and critical situations.
  • Ideally multi-skilled across Scrub, Anaesthetics, and Recovery, but single skills in Scrub, Anaesthetics or Recovery are also welcome.
