Temporary Senior Team Administrator
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Pay Rate: 15.00 per hour
Assignment Length: Ongoing (will be reviewed monthly)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Office Angels are partnering with a consultancy client to provide support during a busy period. This is a workload-dependent role offered on an ongoing basis, with regular monthly reviews to assess progress and business needs.
We're seeking a confident and experienced Senior Administrator who can hit the ground running. You'll be the sole Administrator supporting the Glasgow site, working closely with the wider administrative team based in Manchester.
What your day will look like :-
General Administration:
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support
- Manage incoming calls, mail, and visitor reception
- Organise meetings, book venues, and coordinate refreshments
- Arrange travel for staff including flights, accommodation, visas, and transfers
- Support with PQQ documentation and proposal formatting
- Assist the IMS team with system updates and audit preparation
Compliance & Office Support:
- Maintain document version control and distribute key compliance documents
- Prepare audit materials and assist auditors during site visits
- Liaise with landlords, building managers, and the CEO to ensure office upkeep
- Manage procurement of supplies, equipment, and regular deliveries
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a senior administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across compliance, facilities, and suppliers
- Confident communicator with experience liaising with auditors, suppliers, and senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and HSE standards (advantageous)
- Experience in audit preparation and working in regulated environments (advantageous)
