About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless and professional front-of-house experience. Your duties will include:

  • Welcoming guests and clients with a polished and courteous manner
  • Managing a busy phone line and directing calls appropriately
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing rooms as required
  • Providing administrative support to internal departments as needed
  • Ensuring all visitors are signed in and comply with security protocols

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a confident and capable individual who thrives in a corporate environment and understands the importance of first impressions. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally within a corporate setting
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional appearance and demeanour
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • The ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
