This is a fantastic opportunity for a standalone HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to make a real impact from day one.
As the business continues to expand, this role will play a pivotal part in shaping and supporting the people agenda – driving operational excellence while implementing efficient and scalable HR processes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as the go-to HR expert across the business, advising on all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Implementing and optimising HR systems and processes to support scalability and compliance
- Supporting leadership with talent, performance and engagement initiatives
- Ensuring smooth onboarding, policy development and day-to-day HR operations
- Helping to build a strong culture as the business grows
What We’re Looking For:
- A confident, standalone HR professional with a proven background in a fast-paced, professional services environment
- Strong HR systems knowledge – implementation experience is a big plus
- A hands-on, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable managing change and building structure where needed
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) desirable
