Responsibilities in your new role as HR & Training Administrator
As the HR & Training Administrator, you will be central to managing all HR correspondence and meticulously maintaining essential records. You'll be the go-to person for staff queries, providing timely and helpful answers, alongside expertly scheduling meetings and performing crucial data entry. Your support will extend across various staff functions, potentially assisting with office supplies, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office through effective use of IT systems and your strong organisational prowess.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who seamlessly combines excellent administrative ability with a solid understanding of contemporary HR practices. You'll need to be comfortable and confident in supporting a diverse range of day-to-day HR activities, always maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy. While a PVG is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement for this role.
Due to the specific location of our client, having the ability to drive is an absolute must.
