This role is an opportunity to make a real impact, fostering employee engagement, driving well-being initiatives, and shaping HR strategies across the business. As a key partner to managers and team leaders, you’ll provide expert guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, and talent development—with the potential to grow into an HR Business Partner role.

Job role:

  • Provide expert HR support, offering practical advice to managers and employees.
  • Strengthen relationships with line managers, helping them navigate policies with confidence.
  • Advise on employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
  • Workforce planning, supporting recruitment and talent development initiatives.
  • Enhance workplace culture, championing engagement and well-being.
  • Analyse HR trends, using data insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support HR projects, driving system improvements and employee training initiatives.

We’re keen to hear from proactive and people-focused HR professionals who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you have:

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisory role or similar.
  • Comprehensive HR knowledge, including legislation and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a strategic and forward-thinking mindset.
  • Confidence in data analysis and reporting, driving continuous improvement.
  • A collaborative approach, ready to bring solutions and insights to the table.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 minimum) preferred.
