HR Analyst

Salary: £40000 - £45000 DOE

We are seeking a skilled HR Analyst to serve as the functional expert for our organization's HRIS system, SAP SuccessFactors. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity and efficiency of HR data systems and processes within our Human Resources department.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Serve as the functional expert for SAP SuccessFactors, including modules like Employee Central, Performance Management, Compensation, and Recruitment.
  • Ensure data integrity in system configuration, transactions, procedures, and reporting.
  • Research and resolve unexpected errors and process flaws.
  • Create and maintain various HR reports.
  • Configure and administer annual merit and performance processes.
  • Implement and enhance HRIS modules as necessary.
  • Stay updated with system upgrades and updates.
  • Manage data exchanges with various HR sites.
  • Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as required by business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in HR data administration, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions including Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation, and Reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
