Search Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Resourcer to support our client on a temporary basis for 3 months. You will be responsible for supporting line managers with all recruitment across the business.
This role is purely a resourcing role in which you will be involved with sourcing candidates across multiple platforms. To be considered for this role you must have experience in a similar role as a resourcer or recruitment consultant.
My client is based in Glasgow City Centre -Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.00pm.
I am looking for candidates who have a good telephone manner and will engage with candidates when speaking to them on the phone.
Pay rate is 24.73ph.
Duties will include:
- CV Screening
- Candidate database management
- Telephone/Virtual interviewing
- Carrying out candidate reviews and providing guidance and support to the individual and company as required
- Administration duties as required
You will be work within a fast paced team to ensure requirements are met for our clients needs. You will be used to working to strict timescales, working additional hours to get the job done as and when required.
