We're looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of a portfolio of key clients. You'll act as a trusted advisor, a strategic partner, and the driving force behind long-term growth and satisfaction.

What the Role Requires You to Do
Own, manage, and grow a portfolio of key client accounts
Develop deep client understanding to offer tailored business solutions
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Identify and capitalise on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure service excellence
Handle all client communications professionally and proactively
Monitor account performance and deliver against revenue targets
Lead regular client reviews and strategic planning sessions
Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to management
Be a brand ambassador - consistently promoting high standards and client-first thinking
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in account management, client services, or business development
Strong commercial mindset with a focus on value-driven selling
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
A confident and credible presence in both face-to-face and virtual meetings
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in CRM systems and reporting tools
A team player with a solutions-focused attitude
Comfortable presenting ideas, strategies, and performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders
