We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Managed Service Provider based in Glasgow. Our client specialises in providing comprehensive IT solutions and support to diverse clients. 2nd Line IT Helpdesk Support EngineerGlasgow/Onsite £25,000 - £30,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
  • Resolve escalated technical issues efficiently and within agreed SLAs.
  • Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving for IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Collaborate with 1st line support engineers to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Document all support activities, solutions, and client interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of IT processes and procedures.
