Client Services Administrator – Glasgow City Centre

Salary - £26000 - £28000 DOE

Mon – Fri (Hybrid Working)

Some of the Key Responsibilities are listed below..

• Answering inbound calls, directed from our Switchboards• Making outbound client calls providing regular updates• Operating Live Chat, answering client queries and raising tickets for any action points, to ensure that queries are followed up.• Taking ownership of issues and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to satisfactorily resolve the matter• Proactively manage own case load ensuring responses to clients are provided in accordance with our Service Level Agreement• Providing a high-quality service to all clients each day, via telephone and Live Chat• Tracking daily action points and following up with relevant teams to ensure that queries are resolved quickly• Reporting to Senior Staff with regular updates on ongoing enquiries• Updating Property Management System with notes from calls/Live Chat, for ease of reference for other teams.Ideal candidates should demonstrate:-

• Experience in a similar customer service role• Good call handling skills• Good verbal and written communication and organisational skills with the ability to work to a deadline• Experience in Microsoft packages, including excel
