HGV Technician Vacancies

Glasgow | Ayr | Bellshill

45,000 + Overtime

A leading commercial vehicle dealership is currently seeking experienced HGV Technicians to join its teams across Glasgow, Ayr, and Bellshill.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on a range of Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs).
  • Diagnosing faults and completing repairs using the latest diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Ensuring all work is performed efficiently and in accordance with manufacturer and industry standards.
  • Collaborating with workshop colleagues to maintain a productive and high-quality service operation.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Fully qualified HGV Technician (NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent).
  • Demonstrable experience in HGV servicing and repair.
  • Proficiency in diagnostics and fault-finding.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with DAF vehicles is desirable but not essential.
