Meraki Talent are proud to be working with a UK Wealth Management business who are actively seeking a Fund Oversight professional to join an existing team within Glasgow. We are looking to speak to those who have a proven track record in the checking and administration of the Fund Oversight duties. It is imperative that applicants are able to display a strong understanding of regulatory requirements. Key duties will include;

Ensuring the initial due diligence on new investment managers and new fund propositions
Adhering to COLL regulatory requirements
Monitoring funds and their investment and borrowing powers
Providing support to resolve technical queries
Analyse the funds’ performance, liquidity and turnover
Providing meaningful MI to the wider team
Positively contribute to process improvement and change initiatives

Applicants should have come from a Financial Services background where you have gained fund administration experience. Additionally, applicants must be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of fund operations, including terminology and associated regulations. Applicants should be able to demonstrate COLL regulation exposure and be confident in logging and resolving breaches. This is a permanent opportunity, offering an immediate start.
