I am currently recruiting for a fantastic Healthcare Insurance Company, to join them as a Claims Finance Administrator, on a 5 month contract. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9.00 - 5.00. You will be based in the Greenock office with a pay rate of £12.30 per hour.

You must be available to start immediately with no notice to give and be able to commit to the assignment until at least January. If you are an experienced data entry clerk, with excellent attention to detail then we would love to hear from you.

You must be able to pass a Credit Check and Disclosure Scotland Check.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team in a support role within Accounting and Financial Reporting. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their experience in a finance-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential administrative and business support within the Accounting/Financial Reporting team

  • Perform a variety of routine accounting tasks with accuracy and consistency

  • Assign transaction codes to financial documents and ensure they are processed within the correct accounting period

  • Review financial documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy

  • Identify and implement adjustments where necessary

  • Have high attention to detail and accuracy when inputting data
