Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial property solicitor to join a high-performing team with a long-standing presence in the Scottish market. The team advises clients across a wide range of sectors including development, investment, retail, healthcare, hospitality, leisure and industrial. This role offers exposure to a diverse workload and the chance to work with well-established clients on high-value transactions.
Experience
- At least 5 years' PQE in commercial real estate matters
- Experience in sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, portfolio management and property funding
- Familiarity with corporate support transactions and development projects
Skills
- Confident managing your own files and transactions from start to finish
- Comfortable engaging directly with clients and contributing to wider team initiatives
- Drafting, negotiation, and organisational abilities
