Overview:A leading Scottish law firm is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its non-contentious construction practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career working on high-profile property development and engineering projects across the UK, including energy sector work such as wind, hydro, solar and battery storage. The team advises a broad client base including developers, contractors, funders, consultants and public sector organisations.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
- Relevant experience in non-contentious construction gained during traineeship
- Exposure to drafting and reviewing building contracts, development agreements, professional appointments and related documentation
- Interest in working on large-scale infrastructure and energy projects
Skills:
- Excellent time management and communication
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
- Enthusiastic about developing client relationships and contributing to wider team goals
