Employment Lawyer (2-7 years')

A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced solicitor (2-7 years’ PQE) to join its highly regarded employment team, based in Glasgow.

The employment team is known for its strength in delivering strategic, commercial advice across all areas of employment law. Acting for blue-chip companies, financial institutions, and household names, the team supports clients on a wide range of matters – from day-to-day HR issues to high-value tribunal claims and large-scale change management projects.

Key areas of work include:

  • Strategic advisory work and complex employee relations matters
  • Discrimination, whistleblowing and senior-level grievances
  • Redundancy, restructuring and TUPE
  • High Court litigation, restrictive covenants and team moves
  • Cross-border employment projects and executive compensation
  • Support on M&A, outsourcing and reward-related transactions

This is a dynamic and collaborative environment, offering access to international workstreams and long-term career development.

You will:

  • Have 2-7 years’ PQE in employment law from a commercial firm
  • Demonstrate strong technical ability and commercial awareness
  • Be confident advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters
