Job Opportunity: Family Law Solicitor (5+ PQE)

Location:Glasgow

Overview:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor to join an established and growing department. This role is ideal for someone ready to take on more responsibility, manage a varied caseload and contribute to mentoring junior colleagues. You’ll be part of a collaborative team working on a broad range of family law matters, with clear scope for career progression and partnership.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years PQE in family law
  • Experience handling cases involving divorce, financial provision, child contact, adoption and guardianship
  • Comfortable with litigation in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
  • Organised, empathetic and confident managing deadlines
  • Able to work independently and support junior team members
  • Positive, proactive approach to business development
