Overview:We’re looking for a Solicitor with at least 2 years of post-qualified experience to join a busy and respected property litigation team in Glasgow. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys contentious property work and is looking to build their expertise in a collaborative and well-established environment.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience in litigation or dispute resolution
- Previous involvement in property-related disputes such as landlord and tenant matters, title issues, or boundary/access cases
- Familiarity with court and tribunal proceduresÂ
Skills:
- Clear communicator who is confident working directly with clients
- Attention to detail and organised
- Positive attitude, adaptable and keen to develop a career in property disputes
