Job Opportunity: Property Litigation Solicitor 

Location: Glasgow

Overview:We’re looking for a Solicitor with at least 2 years of post-qualified experience to join a busy and respected property litigation team in Glasgow. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys contentious property work and is looking to build their expertise in a collaborative and well-established environment.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience in litigation or dispute resolution
  • Previous involvement in property-related disputes such as landlord and tenant matters, title issues, or boundary/access cases
  • Familiarity with court and tribunal procedures 

Skills:

  • Clear communicator who is confident working directly with clients
  • Attention to detail and organised
  • Positive attitude, adaptable and keen to develop a career in property disputes
