Job Opportunity: Senior Solicitor/Associate, Real Estate Finance

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking law firm. We are looking for a Senior Solicitor/Associate with 2-6 years’ PQE in real estate finance to join a highly regarded Banking & Finance team. This role offers early responsibility and the support needed to excel in an agile working environment.

Experience

  • 2-6 years’ PQE in real estate finance
  • Thorough understanding of title examination and due diligence
  • Handling various real estate finance documents, titles, certificates, deeds, board minutes, corporate authorisations, discharges, searches and registrations
  • Client reporting and management

Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage and update legal documents and templates
  • Strong client relationship management
