Role Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ post-qualified experience in residential conveyancing
• Confident handling a range of transactions including sales, purchases and title transfers
• Comfortable working independently 

Skills:

• Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and reliability in handling client matters
• Commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem-solving
• Keen to develop professionally and contribute to the growth of the department
