The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. If you've got a background in process analysis and improvement, and you thrive on leading change, this could be the perfect fit. We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join the team, where you'll play a key role in leading a group of Business, Process and Continuous Improvement Analysts to enhance processes across the organisation.

If you're someone who loves rolling up your sleeves to drive change, you'll be responsible for leading impactful projects, facilitating workshops that engage teams, and coaching others to streamline workflows and reduce complexity. Your ability to spot efficiencies and create solutions that really make a difference will be at the heart of what you do.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about process improvement and eager to take ownership of driving change. You'll have the opportunity to shape processes and make a meaningful impact across the business. This role could be a great fit for individuals with backgrounds in Process Improvement, Business Analysis, Operational Excellence, Project Management, or Continuous Improvement. A passion for service design and continuous improvement is essential, along with experience in Business Transformation. Exposure to technology driven solutions and experience in a corporate, consulting, legal, or financial services environment would be highly beneficial.

Key Skills and Experience:

** Team Leadership & Development: Lead and guide a high performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across operations.

** Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships and influence senior leaders, ensuring improvement initiatives align with organisational objectives.

** Continuous Improvement & Methodology Implementation: Design and lead continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, introducing best practices and frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to optimise efficiency.

** Process & Service Design: Drive enhancements to target operating models and service catalogues, delivering measurable improvements in service delivery.

** Workshop Facilitation: Lead process mapping workshops and develop capability frameworks to optimise workflows and foster collaboration.

** Risk & Compliance: Ensure all activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

** Data Driven Analysis: Analyse complex workflows and data to define and enhance services and performance metrics.

** Reporting: Produce clear reports on project progress, performance, and outcomes for senior leadership.

** Technology Proficiency: Utilise tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, Power BI, and the MS Office suite to streamline operations and drive efficiencies.

** Certifications & CI Experience: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification preferred, though hands on continuous improvement experience is also highly valued.
