What we're looking for:

  • A proactive mindset with excellent organisational skills

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in the legal sector

  • The ability to manage cases independently and work efficiently under pressure

  • A strong understanding of legal procedures, including AML and source of funds compliance where applicable

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard legal administration tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of Scottish law and the legal system

Experience in residential conveyancing is highly desirable, though we also welcome candidates with backgrounds in corporate, commercial, or family law.
