Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Service Co-Ordinator for our client based in Glasgow.

Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-established company within the gas sector. The Service Co-Ordinator will play a key role in supporting both the engineering team and customers, ensuring effective scheduling, strong communication, and efficient administrative processes. The role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a dynamic office environment and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contacting customers daily to arrange scheduled servicing.
  • Reviewing and issuing Service Agreements.
  • Planning and organising engineers' diaries.
  • Reviewing completed jobs and updating systems accordingly.
  • Preparing and issuing quotes for remedial work.
  • Liaising with merchants and engineers to ensure accurate pricing.
  • Processing invoicing for completed works.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls.
  • Creating jobs and updating customer records.
  • Maintaining internal work systems and records.
  • Managing the company vehicle fleet requirements.
  • Ensuring regular servicing of company equipment is carried out.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a busy office environment.
  • Strong telephone communication skills, both inbound and outbound.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar administrative systems.
  • A logical, practical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
