My client, a growing manufacturer based south of Glasgow, is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team.
The position involves fault finding and diagnostics during both emergency breakdowns and planned maintenance situations.
Candidates should possess PLC fault finding skills and have an engineering qualification such as an HNC or equivalent, with experience in FMCG or manufacturing processes required.
An electrical bias would be advantageous for this role.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should ideally have several years of relevant experience.

Based south of Glasgow this is one of Scotland's leading brands and they have invested a huge amount in new machinery to improve efficiencies across the site including investing heavily in training for their staff.

The Role:

Fault finding and diagnostics in emergency breakdown or planned situations
Working with a planned maintenance system and reactive maintenance
Modification and improvement of machinery and the plant

The Candidate:

PLC fault finding skills
Apprentice trained/HNC or equivalent qualification in an engineering qualification
Experience within FMCG/manufacturing process would be required for this role.
Electrical bias would be advantageous
