We are working with a respected civil engineering and infrastructure contractor who are seeking a Site Agent to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key leadership role on complex projects, including rail, civils, and structural works.

As a Site Agent, you will:

* Support the Project Manager in the delivery of schemes, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
* Lead sections of work, supervising engineers, subcontractors, and site teams.
* Oversee planning, programming, and setting out activities.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
* Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments, and technical documentation.
* Liaise with clients, designers, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
* Provide input into progress reporting, costs, and resource management.

We're looking for someone who has:

* A degree or HND in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
* Strong technical knowledge with proven setting out and site management skills.
* Leadership and organisational ability with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
* Flexibility to travel and work on sites across the UK.
