Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor for an upcoming project involving the repair and waterproofing of communal walkways within housing stock.
Location: Cambuslang
Start Date: February 2026
Duration: Approximately 8 weeks
Site Setup: Welfare unit, storage and skip will be in place.
Requirements:
- SSSTS certification
- CSCS card
- Full driving licence
- First Aid trained
- Scaffold inspection trained
- Experience supervising repair/waterproofing works (preferred)
Role Overview:
- Supervising trades on site
- Overseeing repair and waterproofing of communal walkways
- Ensuring H&S compliance and quality standards
- Reporting progress and managing site documentation
- Liaising with residents where required
