Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution & Technical Leadership

Partner with Product Management to define product scope, deliverables, and success criteria.

Lead the planning and execution of engineering efforts, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Collaborate with Architects and Engineers to define, review, and implement scalable technical solutions.

Create and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and communication plans.

Balance delivery of new features with managing technical debt and system maintainability.

Facilitate architecture and design discussions, particularly in the domain of mobile app security.

Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate emerging best practices into team workflows.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

8+ years of experience in software and/or data engineering roles.

4+ years of hands-on programming experience in C++

Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proven experience leading large, distributed teams working on complex systems.

Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and practices.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in C++.

Strong grasp of security principles and secure coding best practices.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with reverse engineering and debugging tools (desiribel).

Familiarity with mobile app development and tools such as Xcode and Android Studio (desribile).
