Key Responsibilities

Strategic Execution & Technical Leadership

  • Partner with Product Management to define product scope, deliverables, and success criteria.

  • Lead the planning and execution of engineering efforts, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Collaborate with Architects and Engineers to define, review, and implement scalable technical solutions.

  • Create and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and communication plans.

  • Balance delivery of new features with managing technical debt and system maintainability.

  • Facilitate architecture and design discussions, particularly in the domain of mobile app security.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate emerging best practices into team workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • 8+ years of experience in software and/or data engineering roles.

  • 4+ years of hands-on programming experience in C++

  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proven experience leading large, distributed teams working on complex systems.

  • Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and practices.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in C++.

  • Strong grasp of security principles and secure coding best practices.

  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience with reverse engineering and debugging tools (desiribel).

  • Familiarity with mobile app development and tools such as Xcode and Android Studio (desribile).
