Due to recent expansion, this leading name within the Water Treatment / Hygiene industry is seeking a hardworking Water Treatment Engineer, to cover contracts across the Central Belt of Scotland. This company are highly respected and provide their staff with comprehensive training, in order to ensure that their engineers have a diverse skillset. Candidates will need experience in undertaking a variety of ACOP L8 compliance tasks across a range of client premises and will be expecting to hit the ground running. Salaries are competitive and benefits include: overtime, pension and company vehicle.

We can consider candidates from the following locations: Glasgow, Cambuslang, Lenzie, Airdrie, Bellshill, Blantyre, Wishaw, Shotts, Whitburn, Larkhall, Carluke, Stathaven, Lanark, Barrhead, Motherwell, Johnstone, Paisley, Renfrew, Clydebank, Kilmarnock, Beith, Falkirk, East Kilbride, Stirling, Milngavie, Croy, Bishopbriggs.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Experience working as a Water Treatment Engineer, within a well-established company
- Working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
- Will have worked across a range of client premises
- Ideally will have undertaken industry-related training courses, including: Cleans and Disinfections and TMVs
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Comfortable using IT software to complete reports

The Role:
- Travelling across commercial, local authority, domestic and public sector client sites to complete ACOP L8 compliance tasks
- Showerhead descales
- TMV servicing
- Cleans and disinfections on Cooling Towers and Cold Water Storage Tanks
- Closed system sampling and dosing
- Water sampling
- Temperature monitoring
- Keeping accurate records of works undertaken
- Working to set targets and deadlines
