Site Manager
Full-Time | Competitive Salary | UK-Wide Travel Required
On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a confident and experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects across multiple sites throughout the UK.
This is a hands-on role requiring regular travel, and the successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site activities to ensure key project milestones and quality benchmarks are achieved
- Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Oversee all site operations, ensuring safety and efficiency at every stage
- Maintain accurate site records and produce timely progress reports
- Lead site meetings and maintain open, effective lines of communication
- Implement and enforce health & safety procedures, including site inductions and training
- Carry out regular inspections and promptly address any issues or defects
- Manage site budgets and authorise relevant expenditure
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular professional updates
Candidate Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager within the civil engineering sector
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, health & safety, and site coordination
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- SMSTS qualification essential
- EUSR SHEA Power or valid CSCS card required
