- The assistant will also engage with audiences, monitor trends, and collaborate with the web developer for website updates.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing & Social Media Assistant to join their close knit team.
Job role
You will be instrumental in facilitating the creation and execution of their social media strategies, managing online content and analysing performance to optimize campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies - setting goals, identifying target audiences, and creating content calendars.
Create and manage social media content - writing engaging copy, designing visuals, and scheduling posts across various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn.
Engage with audiences- responding to comments, messages, and feedback, building relationships with followers, and fostering community interaction.
Monitor and analyse social media performance - tracking key metrics, identifying trends, and optimizing campaigns based on data insights.
Stay updated on social media trends and best practice - continuously learning about new platforms, tools, and techniques.
Report on social media performance - creating reports that highlight key metrics, insights, and recommendations for future strategies.
Analysing competitor strategies and staying informed about the competitive landscape
OTHER DUITES
Work alongside our web developer to update the website
Any other administrative duties as required to assist with the smooth running of the business.

Strong background in marketing and social media
Degree related qualification

This role is full time, working Monday to Friday 9-5pm, all on site based.
Salary negotiable from 25-35k dep on exp.
