ASA Recruitment is seeking a Care Assistant in Glasgow, someone who is able to bring comfort, a smile and a brighter outlook to those in their care.
Your role:
- Supporting residents with personal care tasks including washing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assisting with safe movement and mobility, using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Keeping clear, accurate records of care delivered and changes in health.
- Offering emotional support and building trust through companionship and conversation.
You will bring:
- PVG (Adult and Children) or be willing to apply for a PVG
- A responsible, compassionate, and professional approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work both independently and within a team.
