Assembly Operator, East Kilbride, 25,000 + overtime + bonus

Are you confident working with your hands and have a good eye for detail? We're recruiting for an Assembly Operator to join a growing manufacturer in East Kilbride. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business at the heart of global technology manufacturing.

What you'll be doing:

Assembling small components as part of a specialised product used in high-tech industries
Working in a cleanroom environment with a steady and methodical approach
Following clear work instructions to ensure a high standard of accuracy
Using hand tools such as tweezers, small cutters, and (if trained) soldering equipment
Inspecting parts during assembly to maintain quality and consistency
Supporting continuous improvement by suggesting ways to streamline or enhance processes
Meeting production targets as part of a small, focused team
Maintaining a tidy and safe workspace in line with health and safety practices

What we're looking for:

Some experience in hands-on assembly or production work
Steady hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Good team spirit with the ability to work independently when needed
Previous experience with component or fine work is an advantage (but not essential)
Commitment to maintaining a clean and careful work style

What's you can expect:

25,000 salary, plus overtime and time off in lieu
4 day working week - enjoy a long weekend, every weekend

Monday - Wednesday, 07:00 until 17:15
Thursday, 07:00 until 16:45
