We are seeking an Engagement Analyst to join our team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be proficient in handling data, and excel in both team collaboration and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries over the phone and via email, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

  • Liaise with teams within and outside of the hub to understand and prioritise workloads.

  • Manage non-complicated complaints and requests, escalating more complex cases to the relevant teams.

  • Ensure timely achievement of team Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.

  • Support the team on ad-hoc issues, fostering a collaborative environment.

  • Collate and maintain accurate data, ensuring high standards of data integrity and precision.

Desired Person Specification:

  • Have knowledge of office-based systems and be comfortable using software for data management.

  • Be highly detail-oriented, ensuring data accuracy in all tasks.

  • Work well within a team, offering support and collaboration on various tasks.

  • Be proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail, particularly when handling data.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or engagement role is beneficial, but not essential.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
