Thesuccessfulcandidatewillplayacriticalroleinachievingthepurposeofhelpingeveryoneenjoyamazingtechnology.Notonlywilltheybesafelydelivering,installingandcollectingofarangeofelectricalproductsintoourcustomershomes,whichincludeWhiteGoods,TelevisionsandcookersyouwillbethefaceofCurrysandhelpusbecomeamarketleaderbyprovidingunrivalledcustomerservice.

Thisroleisa3monthcontractwiththepossibilitytoextend.

DutiesandResponsibilitiesbutnotlimitedto:

  • Safelydeliver,installanddemonstrateWhiteGoods,TelevisionsandCookersinourcustomersproperty.
  • Engagingwithcustomers,keepingtheminformedandensuringtheirdeliveryandourinstallationiscarriedouttothehigheststandardfollowingbestpracticeguidance.
  • Maintainregularcontactwithyoursitethroughoutthedaytomeetanychangestoacustomerdeliveryrequest,discussingandescalatingunplannedissues,seekingguidanceandadaptingasnecessary.
  • Ensurethehandheldoperatingdevice(Savvy)isalwaysusedcorrectlybycompletingvisitsandobtainingcustomersignatures.
  • LiaisewithManufacturersatthepointofdeliverywhennecessary.
  • Handleallproductssafelyandwithcare,supportingyourcolleaguestodothesame.
  • Managechangingvolumesofloadheldinthevehicleduringtheday.Regularlyreview,adjust,andsecuretheloadtoensuresafetywhilstusingequipmentprovided(i.e.,strapsandsackbarrows.
  • Workcompliantly,followingdrivingregulations,sitespecificrequirements,companyandhealthandsafetypolicies,tokeepourCustomersandColleaguessafe.

PersonalRequirements:

  • AFullUK/EUC1drivinglicense(withamaximumof6penaltypoint).
  • Experienceinwhitegoodsdeliveryisadvantageous.
  • ValidDigitalTachographcard.
  • DriversCertificateofProfessionalCompetenceQualification.
  • Physicalabilitytodeliverygoodsofsignificantsizeandweight.

WorkingHours:Variedshifttimes-shifttimeendsuponcompletionofdeliveries/MondaytoFriday
