Social Value and Procurement Framework Specialist CSR

Working with the UK and Ireland Sales team, the Social Value and Procurement Framework Specialist helps integrate social value principles into our clients' operations while supporting the management of public sector procurement frameworks. This role involves monitoring and maintaining social value activities, ensuring framework compliance, and supporting the administration of social value initiatives. It also requires expertise in framework administration, managing related tasks, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Your role:

  • Oversee the administration of frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulations and contractual requirements
  • Keep records up to date and monitor performance, providing reports as needed
  • Manage mailbox, match opportunities with the right internal teams
  • Help develop our clients social value strategy, aligning it with customer and company goals, and sustainability standards
  • Promote social value opportunities across the organisation and work with sales teams to create social value projects
  • Develop metrics to assess the social value created by our clients' projects
  • Ensure social value initiatives comply with legal frameworks and sustainability standard
  • Identify and address risks related to social value initiatives
  • Stay updated on trends in public procurement, social value and sustainability
  • Offer insights to improve our client's social impact

Your profile:

  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Experience working to tight deadlines with attention to detail
  • Knowledge and understanding of social values and sustainability trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools like PowerBI
